The Company offers Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control services for residential and commercial properties. Specifics, including pricing and availability, are detailed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
Booking and Payment
To avail of our services, users may need to book appointments through our website, email, or phone. Here are key points regarding booking and payment:
- A minimum deposit of AU$150.00 is required for all bookings.
- Payment exceeding the deposit is due immediately upon service completion.
- Payment methods are listed on our website and invoice.
- All prices are inclusive of GST unless explicitly noted otherwise.
- Customers must disclose any existing or potential dangers, hazards, or specific site requirements at booking to ensure safety and effective service delivery.
- Customer details are subject to the privacy policy available on our website.
Amendments and Rejections
Amendment of Booking Price
We reserve the right to amend a booking price based on various factors, such as unknown or undisclosed site conditions, understated existing conditions, severe staining, understated area sizes or dimensions, the addition of items or areas, or other reasonable factors made known at the time of service delivery. Customers will be informed of any variation before service commencement, and consent is required, signifying total acceptance of the revised price.
Reservation of Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to reject any booking for any reason, and in such cases, a full refund will be promptly issued.
Cancellations and Refunds
Booking and Deposit
To secure a booking, users are required to pay a minimum deposit equal to the minimum charge amount, which is currently $150.00 AUD. This deposit is payable at the time of booking and is inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Cancellation Period
Users may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any charges or penalties.
Forfeiture of Deposit
If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit amount will be forfeited. The Company reserves the right to retain the deposit to compensate for scheduling difficulties and lost opportunities in providing services to other clients.
Refund Process
Refunds for cancellations made outside the 48-hour window will be processed promptly, excluding any transaction fees that may apply. Refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time will not be provided, and the Company will retain the deposit amount.
Rescheduling
In certain circumstances, the Company may allow users to reschedule a booking without forfeiting the deposit. This is subject to availability and must be arranged by contacting our customer service team in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Exceptional Circumstances
The Company understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, such as emergencies or severe weather events, the Company may, at its discretion, consider waiving the deposit forfeiture. Users must contact the Company promptly to discuss and seek approval for such exceptional circumstances.
GST Inclusion
All charges, including the deposit, are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). The GST component is clearly detailed in any quoted amounts.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or the cancellation of services.
Service Warranty and Liability
While we strive for high-quality services, we don’t guarantee specific outcomes. Results may vary based on different factors. We commit to achieving satisfactory outcomes, operating within our discretion to address any concerns positively. The Company is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries from service use. Users must adhere to the safety guidelines provided.
Intellectual Property and External Links
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by copyright laws. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing content without explicit permission. Our website may include links to external content for reference purposes. The Company does not control or endorse the content on external sites. Users access external links at their risk, and the Company is not responsible for any information or content on those sites.
Governing Law and Changes to Terms of Use
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
