Ben was my saviour. I called him at 8am Monday morning and he arrived at 11am and was gone by 11.30. My dog urinated on my mother's 35 year woolen carpet and I tried cold water, bicarb soda, dishwashing liquid and finally an enzyme based specialized spray all which were not effective and only highlighted the yellow stain and spread it also. Whatever Ben did was amazing and I am so grateful that I won't have to explain anything to my mum when she arrives back from her holiday. Pheww!!

They have successfully removed big red nail polish spill from main bedroom carpet and coffee stains from new carpet which we couldn't do properly. Also their lounge and rug cleaning was excellent. We had the Carpet Surgeon come to clean carpets and do an animal treatment as we were leaving the property. When we had moved in, there were unsightly stains in the master bedroom that allegedly could not be removed by previous tenants. We'll the Carpet Surgeon could! He left the carpets in better condition than when we arrived. Highly recommended and would use him again in a heart beat.

Very fast and professional

We had the floor tiles cleaned and in particular the grout. After 9 years and a recent renovation we didn't hold out much hope of improvement- however the results were excellent. The grout lightened up considerably and the overall treatment has given our floor a new lease of life.

I recently moved to a new unit and contacted Carpet Surgeon to have the carpets cleaned . They did a great job and were able to get the job done at such short notice . The end result was great as the unit had been in a rental pool and the carpets were pretty dirty . Carpet Surgeon got all of the heavy marks out , as well as cleaning some rugs for us as well.

Coastwide Carpet Cleaning was referred to me and I used their services in both units of my duplex, upon vacancy, and the carpet came out almost like new. I highly recommend The Carpet Surgeon for any standard or intricate jobs you may have. I had Warren and his team out to my place to clean my cream couch. He went out of his way to purchase a chemical that wouldn't harm the fabric and came back to check how it looked a couple of days later. My son then spilt foundation all over my dark brown carpets and Warren raced out that day to ensure that it didn't leave a stain. I am extremely happy with their reliable service and will definitely keep them on speedial!

If your grout is looking dark and dirty, call these guys! I was thinking of re grouting, then stumbled across the carpet surgeon. They cleaned my tiles which made all grout lines look brand new again in a matter of hours. To remove my old grout then re grout again would have taken me at least 3 days, not to mention a house full of dust. I highly recommend calling the carpet surgeon before you consider re grouting.

These guys did a fantastic job after another company did an inferior clean that left our carpet smelling like wet pets. Carpet is now fresh and just how you would expect clean carpet to be. I had a horrible experience moving into a new place that had not had their bond clean done by the day I was moving in. The carpet surgeon crew were there within an hour and the place looked brand new and were still finished before my removalist arrived. I could not have been happier. Seeing these results, I then booked them for the rental I was moving out of. The new tenant called the real estate to pass on her details to me JUST so she could find out who I'd booked for the clean as she could not believe how brand new the place looked since her inspection. I have used them several times since for my investment properties since - I could not rate their cleaning or customer service any higher. I refuse to use any other company - none even come close.

I had a stubborn stain that didn't come out even after being clean by a different carpet cleaning company so I brought in the Carpet Surgeon and he got it removed for reasonable price!!! Over the moon, can't thank Warren enough.

The guys at Carpet Surgeon did a great job on my move out carpet and pest in Ormeau. They were friendly and great to deal with on the phone, even when I ha to change my booking date. The technicians arrived on time and were very friendly and great with advice! They got the job done quickly and the carpets came up very clean. I highly recommend them!

Thank you Warren for saving my niece $1550.00 by cleaning her carpets. When moving out of her rental unit, Stacey hired the carpet cleaning company recommended by the agent.
